Blue Mountains Men's Circle is held face to face on the 4th Thursday of every month (though this does occasionally vary).

Welcome to the circle. We are a men’s group in the upper Blue Mountains created by men for men. We promote authentic communication and connection, minimising isolation and improving resilience through trusted, free, open, monthly men’s group meetings.
In an age of unprecedented disconnection, depression, loneliness and suicide amongst men, we believe that good relationships are good medicine. They keep us healthier and happier. In circle, the vulnerability and depth that exists, how safe you feel sharing, the extent to which you can relax and be seen for who you truly are, and to see another, is foundational to happiness. In Circle, we open pathways to a better, deeper, more balanced kind of manhood, one that is interested in authentic connection, personal growth, and personal responsibility.
The circle usually meets on the fourth Thursday of each month and is safe, non-judgemental space. No matter who you are. Every man is welcome. We have no religious or political affiliations, won’t try to sell you anything and we won’t try to fix you because we believe you aren’t broken. At meetings there is no agenda, no ‘presentation from an expert’, and no professional or personal advice is offered. You will not be asked what your job is, how much you earn, what car you drive or the football team you follow – that ‘currency’ has no value in circle.
Meetings focus on a Talking Circle as the primary means of interaction. The Talking Circle is an equitable, non-judgemental setting where everyone has the opportunity to share authentically and openly. These sessions present a rich opportunity to:
